Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers. All products are covered by our standard 30 days warranty to cover any manufacturing defects.
Please note that all plated and sterling silver jewellery, including even the finest and most expensive jewellery, can tarnish overtime. It can occur as a result of oxidation, caused by the interaction of your jewellery with certain elements such as oxygen or sulphur as well as with certain acids.
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful and extend it’s life, it's definitely best to give it occasional breaks and to keep it away from any moisture (this can include sweat, lotions, perfume and other chemicals). Please read our jewellery care instructions here for more information.
By purchasing from our website, you understand that all jewellery can experience normal wear and tear over time.
For anyone with sensitive skin, we advise caution in wearing any kind of metals on their skin for prolonged periods. If you are aware that you have sensitive skin and are prone to reactions or have experienced green skin marks then we strongly advise you not to purchase fashion jewellery and we take no responsibility or liability for any reactions that may take place; It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all precautions are taken as we are unable to know each individual's allergies and sensitivities.
If you are aware that your hands are high in acidity, you may experience some oxidisation (slight greening). This is common with even the finest jewellery.

All products are covered by our standard 30 days warranty to cover any manufacturing defects.
Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear.
Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
Missing stones are classed as a manufacturing defect within a 30 day period. Beyond this period they are classed as general wear and tear and we are unable to offer replacements as they could have been caused by factors beyond our control.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from, in the opinion of MUCHV Jewellery, improper handling, lack of care, accidents, inappropriate use, modification, attempted repair, negligence, failure to follow the advice provided in your care card, normal wear and tear or aging.
