Return Policy

Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn and in original packaging. If you return products that have been worn, they will be posted back to you.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Exchanges are not part of our return policy.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive your return.

Returning goods bought as special offers

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

How to return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
Please include a note inside the parcel with your name or order number and the reason for returning.
